Our recently updated Health and Safety Management System aligns with the latest industry standards, ensuring we maintain the highest levels of compliance and best practice across all worksites.
We take a proactive approach to safety through continuous training and digital innovation. Our team undergoes ongoing development, including nationally recognised Drilling Certifications (Cert II, III, and IV), to uphold industry-leading safety standards. Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are regularly reviewed and improved through our Planned Task Observation (PTO) process, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.
To enhance real-time safety monitoring and response, we leverage CorePlan, a digital platform that allows immediate submission of inspections, hazard identifications, Take 5s, and risk assessments. This ensures our leadership team has full visibility over emerging risks, enabling prompt action.
Our rigs are equipped with Starlink connectivity, allowing for efficient remote diagnostics, minimising downtime, and ensuring rapid responses to any safety concerns that arise. Additionally, all equipment undergoes rigorous inspections by qualified fitters and supervisors to maintain compliance with strict industry standards.
